Hi! I'm Holly. I am the first person you will speak to about your wedding at Swaneset. I will show you around our beautiful clubhouse, answer all of your questions, and help you decide on a date. Once your date is booked, I will always be available to answer your questions and guide and assist you into a smooth and seamless wedding day. I will help with your wedding plans to ensure we capture your personal taste, culture and style. A few months prior to your wedding, I will introduce you to your Swaneset Wedding and Events Manager, who will be your hands on, Swaneset liaison. When I'm not at work, I love to stay active and spend time with my three adorable daughters Macey, Londyn and Demi...they keep me on my toes!

Danielle

Hi, my name is Danielle! I started with Swaneset at the beginning of 2016, and I am now the Swaneset Catering Manager. Prior to joining the Swaneset team, I studied Event Management and received my diploma from the Art Institute of Vancouver in 2014. I have also held various positions at a local Steakhouse, eventually working my way up to Guest Services Manager. Working in the restaurant industry allowed me to develop my time management and communication skills along with many other qualities. I’ve always had a passion for weddings which is why I came to Swaneset and it has been the perfect place for me to put my skills to work. I am very detail orientated and have a calm personality which is greatly suited for the job. On your big day I will be there to help execute everything you envisioned for your special day and will be your right hand lady.

Michelle

Hello! My name is Michelle, I’ve always had a passion for creating unique and beautiful experiences. This passion led me to graduate from BCIT in 2013 with an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management with a focus on Event Marketing and Event Planning. I’ve implemented my education through four years of practical experience as an event bar manager and later a position as a special events assistant coordinator at a popular berry farm and estate winery. Armed with a competitive education, a wide variety of experiences, and a naturally detail-oriented mindset, I joined the event coordination team at Swaneset Bay Resort in January of 2018. As a professional wedding specialist, I believe the key to creating a one-of-a-kind lifetime event is through the support I give to clients from the beginning to the end of an event. I always keep in mind my client’s vision of their special day, but provide them with the tools and inspiration to do so. From the initial meeting, menu planning, to the rehearsal and the day of your special occasion, I hope to create your dream come true.

For most of my adolescent life I trained as a competitive dancer, I now try to keep up some training when I’m not taking care of my adorable Frenchton, Poppy.

Narisa

Hello! My name is Narisa! It is my pleasure to be part of your special day! I have a background in Business Management with BCIT, and extensive customer service experience in recreation, administration and food and beverage. Since 2019, Swaneset has been my home away from home. I am part of an incredibly talented team of strong, fearless women. What I enjoy most about weddings is seeing firsthand the beautiful cultural diversity that surrounds the joy of marriage. Every couple has something special and unique about them, and I think that in and of itself is worth celebrating. I truly believe this is one of the most serene venues in the lower mainland, and I am blessed to call this place home. I can't wait to meet you! I will be with you every step of the way, from our very first meeting to sending you down the aisle. This is your moment, and together we will bring your dream to life!

In my spare time I love getting outdoors with my partner, spending time with our families, and admittedly “marathoning” Lord of the Rings.

Sam

Hi! My name is Sam, I am one of Swaneset’s Wedding and Event Managers! I have been planning events and parties for as long as I can remember, and have spent the last 10 years directing and managing at a performing arts academy. Through that, I have planned several community events and performances and honed my organizational skills to be completely detail oriented while still staying true to the vision and feel of the event. I came to Swaneset in 2018 as a part of the administration team and got a taste of what weddings here were like. I completely fell in love with the venue and the people and couldn’t have been more excited to join the wedding team! As your event manager, I will be there every step of the way to help you plan every moment and ensure your wedding runs smooth and stress free.

Hi! My name is Melissa. I am one of Swaneset's Wedding and Event Managers. As your coordinator, I will start planning with you a couple months prior to your big day and we will work together on all of your creative details and ideas. I will be there when you walk down the aisle to ensure your day is seamless and exactly how you envisioned it. I have been in the service industry for 13 years and I am an international artist, which gives me the forward facing organizational skills and creative mind to help you bring your vision to life!
