SWANESET WALKTHROUGH

Welcome to Swaneset Bay! Thank you for your interest in Swaneset for your upcoming wedding.

If you have not already received wedding information via email, please reach out to Holly Robinson at hrobinson@swaneset.com and she will send over all of the pricing and information. You can watch a virtual guided walking tour of Swaneset’s beautiful venue & grounds here.

During your walkthrough today you will find 7 QR codes throughout the building. Please scan each code to view wedding information pertaining to each location. Below please find a floor plan that outlines where each QR code can be found.

SWANESET LOBBY

Currently, you are in the Lobby. This is where all of your guests will enter for your wedding. There will be a sign in the Lobby welcoming guests and directing them where to go based on your ceremony location or reception location (if your ceremony is being held elsewhere). We do recommend having Ushers or Groomsmen in the lobby welcoming your guests, as this will add a personal touch when they arrive.  The Lobby and Main Staircase are great areas to use for indoor photos with your wedding party.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

All guests are to park in the Main Parking lot. Parking is complimentary. Swaneset will have a transport cart that will pick up your guests from the lot and bring them to the front doors of the Clubhouse. The transport cart will start running approx. 30 minutes before the start time of your ceremony (or 30 minutes before your reception if your ceremony is being held off property) and run for one hour. Please note, the transport cart does not run at the end of the wedding. 

You are welcome to make your way up the Third Floor Grand Ballroom. You can take the Main Staircase, or use the elevator just past the reception desk.

The next QR code is located in the Grand Ballroom by the Center Main Windows - on the pillar to the right - on the right side of the pillar.
